Official COVID-19 Statement

Given the extreme situation we are currently experiencing, we would like to issue the following statement.

Betxí, 16th March 2020

Dear clients and collaborators,

We are writing to you to inform you about the measures taken by our company to combat, within our possibilities, the spread and infection of the coronavirus COVID-19, during the time that the Authorities decide, depending on the evolution of the pandemic.

The main concern of the EXAGRES Group is to guarantee the safety of our personnel and all the clients, suppliers and transporters who visit our facilities. However, in spite of the extraordinary circumstances that surround us, at EXAGRES we will try to continue offering them the same service to which they are used to.

We would like to explain, for your knowledge and tranquility, the current situation of our company at an operational level:

.- All forms of contact are still 100% operational (main phone, mobile phones

and e-mail).

.- The usual working hours are maintained in all sections.

.- The reception of orders and their subsequent delivery will be carried out in the usual way.

.- Production continues to function normally, once all the necessary health and safety measures for our employees are in place.

.- Our commercial department is fully operational, either in person or by telematic means.

.- The Administration Department is also fully available.

Finally, for obvious reasons, we must implement some basic rules of operation, which must necessarily be respected if they access our facilities:

.- People who deliver goods, supplies, couriers, purchases or collect material from our warehouses must follow the recommendations of our logistics employees (maintain a safe distance from both warehouse staff and other people in the office, use the hydro-alcoholic gel made available to them and any other recommended action that prevents the transmission of COVID-19).

.- Until further notice, commercial visits from suppliers, companies or freelancers who provide professional services are totally prohibited, unless they have been expressly authorized.

From the commitment, solidarity, civility of all, and respect for the rules set by our authorities, we are sure that we will help to leave as soon as possible this absolutely exceptional and unforeseen situation in which we are.
